What must be reviewed

Any page that describes a treatment, a condition, symptoms or a care pathway must be reviewed by a practitioner licensed in the relevant specialty before publication as reviewed content. Until then it is labelled as unreviewed and stays out of the editorial sitemap.

What reviewers check

Factual accuracy, absence of personalised medical advice and outcome promises, and identification of health-advertising questions requiring separate regulatory verification. Medical review alone does not establish advertising authorisation.

Display

Reviewed content displays the reviewer's name, credentials and the date of the last medical review.
